運鈍根湯禮盒Should you order our products outside of our restaurants, Food hygiene and freshness are always our first concern without a doubt, and we therefore adapted the “sealed air” technology as opposed to normal paper/plastic packaging so that our customers could save it long enough for later consummation (up to 1 month).

How to unpack

flush the sealed air bag with hot water for 30 seconds.
STEP.2 
Cut the bag hole

Pour the content into a POTTERY POT(and pottery ONLY, never a metal pot). Boil it without any lid and turn the flame into its weakest state, and keep it this way for about 3~5 minutes.
STEP.4 
Stir gently and add danggui (or also known as angelica) into the soup for another 2 minutes development. Enjoy after that!
Remarks：
1.It could also be reheated via means of steaming (in pottery bowl) and store the remaining at 3 ~ 5 Celsius degree for another three days at most.
2.If it so happens that the taste tends to be different, it is completely normal and it is due to how you reheat it or seasonal adjustment of ingredients. The effect remains unchanged.
3.For initial drinkers: health would be apparently improved for two small pots a week for up to 3 ~ 4 months.
4.For customers of weaker constitution/physique, it is recommended to have only a bowl of adjusted or vegetarian soup before regular meals.
